The building in which the property is located falls within the Works of significant architectural and urban interest and belongs, from the General Town Plan, to the twentieth-century expansion fabrics to point-like building subdivisions of the Historic City.
The property is part of a building designed by architects Vincenzo Monaco and Amedeo Luccichenti in the first half of the 1950s. The structure of the building is in reinforced concrete, the external finishes in plaster with large glass panels with Douglas wood frames. The entrance front is characterized by the exposed concrete structure and the tuff infill with subtle travertine recesses. The side fronts are distinguished by the ribbons of the continuous balconies with plaster and glass parapets.
The proposed interventions concern exclusively the internal parts of the real estate unit and consist in the demolition of some portions of internal partitions to create new connections between the rooms, in the move of the kitchen to the south front of the apartment, in the reconstruction of the flooring, coatings and of the bathroom systems and the painting of the interiors only.
