The building consists of three levels. The intervention comes from the recovery of a single-family house on two levels with a pavilion roof.
The lot offers a very wide view on the valleys that stretch out towards the sea. In the background the landscape is dominated by the mass of the Conero Mountain.
The project involves the expansion of spaces and the opening towards the landscape. Therefore the pavilion roof was demolished consolidating the existing wall structure and bending it with a steel structure that expands the footprint of the existing building. On the ground floor are the spaces of representation with a large living room that opens up to the garden. A volume of reduced height continues the part where services are and houses the pool and the spa. The second floor houses the apartment of the administrator and does not follow the outline of the building below, but expands to accommodate a small outdoor garden from where you can enjoy the 360 degree panorama.
