The core of this smaller scale prototype is the public space that, combined with the surrounding nature, makes Liberland feel boundless, highlighting the importance of freedom in day to day life.
The master plan for the development has been designed to minimally impact the surrounding environment.
The main structure will straddle over the forest and be primarily built out of shipping containers, pushing forward a more sustainable and adaptive reuse program.
Each living space will have its own self-contained ENEA vertical farming system in order to make each apartment completely self-sustainable.
Energy will be sustainably harvested via wind and solar technologies, allowing Liberland to be a completely self-sufficient nation non beholden to the diplomatic interests of others.
The Liberland project first and foremost offers residents privacy and freedom. The privacy of Liberland is inherent in its location surrounded on all sides by nature while the freedom of the nation is fundamental to its founding.
